You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not misuse this site or its content.
2. Product Information
All items listed on this website are sold directly by ninecards. Prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders
Orders are placed through our website, with payment processed securely by Stripe. Once an order is confirmed and payment has been taken, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued. Orders are currently shipped to UK addresses only.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices include VAT where applicable. The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is the final amount charged.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Tracking information will be provided where available.
6. Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. To arrange a cancellation, contact us at orders@ninecards.co.uk. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by ninecards and may not be reused without permission.
8. Giveaways & Prize Draws
From time to time we may run giveaways or prize draws at events we attend. Entry is open to UK residents and is intended for attendees of the event in question. No purchase is necessary. Winners are drawn at random and contacted via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to amend or cancel a giveaway at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site, you accept any changes.
