Our commitment to your satisfaction

Online Purchases
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your item to cancel your order for any reason
  • To start a return, email us at orders@ninecards.co.uk with your name and the email address used at checkout
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
Card-Not-Present Purchases

  • You have 14 days from the day of your purchase to change your mind and seek a refund (even if what you bought is not faulty). We'll refund you the amount of the transaction within 14 days of receiving the goods back from you. Card scheme rules apply, and you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Buyer is responsible for return delivery costs unless the item was faulty
