Build Divide is a Japanese TCG produced by Aniplex and Bushiroad, and the Demon Slayer crossover sets are among the most collected in the game. This card features the Kamado siblings together, which is fitting since their bond is the emotional core of the entire series. Tanjiro is the protagonist of Demon Slayer, a kind-hearted boy who becomes a demon slayer after his family is slaughtered and his younger sister Nezuko is turned into a demon. Rather than killing her, Tanjiro carries Nezuko in a wooden box on his back while searching for a way to turn her human again. Nezuko is unique among demons in that she retains her protective instincts towards humans, particularly her brother, and fights alongside him using her Blood Demon Art. Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) by Koyoharu Gotouge became a cultural phenomenon in Japan, with the Mugen Train film becoming the highest-grossing Japanese film of all time in 2020, overtaking Spirited Away. The anime's distinctive art style, particularly the use of ukiyo-e inspired water and flame effects during combat, translated beautifully into the card game artwork.
